Our Prices & Rates for Event Photography (Corporate & Private Events)

Minimum booking is 2 hours, prices start at £275.

The following rates and prices cover attendance, travel, post production, supply of finished images via electronic file transfer. Prices below cover one photographer, if larger groups or additional services require or more then one photographer please get in touch.

• Two hours photography, £275

• Three hours photography, £340

• Four hours photography, £420

• Five hours photography, £490

• Six hours photography, £565

• Seven hours photography, £620

• Full day (eight hours) photography, £695

All images will be delivered within 48 hours electronically, printed or both on client request.

These prices include all travel, retouching and are the total price. For events outside of London additional travel and accommodation may also be charged.

BOOKING: 

For all regular sessions a 50% non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due three (3) days before the session date.

PAYMENT: 

All retainer fees must be paid immediately and session and other packages can be paid via Bank Transfer, paypal, cash, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

For regular sessions, client forefeits their session retainer and the 50% paid to book the session date will act as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
